Office / Warehouse Assistant (United Kingdom)

Gumbies is an international lifestyle brand based in Creekmoor, Poole.

We're looking for someone to join our growing team as our business continues to grow domestically and internationally. The right person should be looking for something permanent with the desire to grow and take on more responsibilities as time goes on.

Your duties will include working with other members of our team on the tasks below:

· Order Processing (Printing, packing and dispatching)

· Customer Service (Calls, Emails and instant messaging)

· Book keeping (Invoicing, bill entries etc)

· International Communications (Working with our distributors and international offices)

· Social Media and Website updates (Some creativity will be beneficial here!)

Desired Skills

· Good understanding of Microsoft Office

· Able to work independently and within a group

· Social Media (Facebook, Instagram etc)

· Experience with Shopify

· Experience with Quickbooks

· Self driven and able to work independently or within a group.

Hours

· 8:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday
